No wind policy
Our no wind policy includes kiteboard towing, reef snorkeling and sea kayaking. If there is no wind during your entire stay (no kiteboarding) a credit will be applied toward all Kiteventure and lessons or Slingshot kiteboarding gear purchase. Level 1 and 2 lessons will be rescheduled if wind is gusting to 25mph. There is no credit or refund for accommodations.

Cancellation policy
4 weeks or more notice: 90% refund
3-4 weeks notice: 70% refund
2-3 weeks notice: 50% refund
1 week or less notice: 30% refund

Credit card payment processing fee
A 4% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments. All pricing USD.

Liability Insurance
Exuma Kitesurfing is insured through the IKO by Lloyd's of London. We recommend purchasing the IKO kiteboarder insurance that covers your private practice (use code i5466).

Equipment damage fee
Determined on a case-by-case basis. $50-$350
