3 bedroom, 2 bath, A/C, washer, wireless Internet access, telephone, cable TV, DVD, VHS, all linens and towels. The beach house has breaking rollers just beyond the backyard launch and a coral reef 75 meters from the beach.

Weekly rental: $1700 per week (7 days, 6 nights)

Daily rental: $290 per day (3 night minimum stay).
